Have you ever wanted to be a sports journalist?

Do you feel you have a talent for writing about sports topics?

Are you a Biblical Christian who desires to follow God’s will for your life?

Then the Biblical Christian Sports Blog wants you!

Our vision for the Biblical Christian Sports Blog is for it to become the most popular Christian sports website on the internet, as well as one of the most talked about sports blogs, secular or Christian, online.

I myself have always been a sports fan and have written many articles on sports in the past but very rarely was I able to incorporate the truth of God’s word into the articles as most publishers reject such notions. However, here at the Biblical Christian Sports Blog, we want the word of God and the one true faith to be proclaimed as much as possible, which is why we started this site.

This site will be controversial no doubt, even if it is not meant to be, as Biblical truth is always controversial, especially when proclaimed outside the four walls of a religious building!

We are not online to merely be a sports blog that just happens to have Christian journalists. Instead we are here to be a Christian blog that proclaims the truth of God’s word, which just happens to focus on sports related stories.

We are also not here to talk sports and sprinkle in a cute little “Jesus loves me” message. We are dedicated to preaching Biblical Christianity, with all of its life changing truths and righteous doctrines, no matter how unpopular that may be in these times.

If you are still interested in writing for bcsportsblog.com after reading the above, then please send us your curriculum vitae (resume) and photograph, as well as a brief auto-biography that not only explains who you are as a person but what you believe and how you live as well. Also, please tell us which sports, teams or players you would like to cover, and do feel free to let us know if you have any feature article ideas as well.

While we certainly would be thrilled to have many true Christian sports journalists volunteer to write for this website, we are prepared to pay for quality work and to assign paid articles to our best writers as well. That said, please let us know if you will be volunteering or seeking paid employment and if the latter, what you feel your compensation should be.

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter and may the Lord’s perfect will always be done in your life and ministry.

In Jesus Christ’s salvation,

Trevor R. Jefferson
